Traditional Chinese Massage at NAOSU

Enhance your recovery with Traditional Chinese Massage at NAOSU.

These treatments are designed to work with the NAOSU ritual of sauna, cold plunge, and recovery, helping the body release tension, improve circulation, and fully integrate the benefits of heat and cold therapy.

Traditional Chinese bodywork focuses on restoring balance through targeted pressure, muscle release, and circulation support.

Each one hour session is tailored to the needs of the client and may focus on relieving tension, supporting recovery from physical activity, or promoting deep relaxation.

Sessions may help with:
• Muscle tightness and stiffness
• Stress and nervous system regulation
• Circulation and lymphatic flow
• Post workout recovery
• General relaxation and restoration

Meet the Team

Yasu, Kathy, and Mei are independent Licensed Massage Therapists in the State of Colorado, each running their own practice with years of hands-on therapeutic experience. On select days they bring their work to NAOSU SAUNA, offering personalized sessions in the space. Their collective approach blends Traditional Chinese massage techniques, deep tissue bodywork, and relaxation therapy to create treatments that address both muscle tension and overall wellness. Each session is tailored to your needs. Whether you're looking to relieve pain, reduce stress, or simply restore balance in the body.

Contrast Therapy Included with your Massage

To help you get the most out of your treatment, each one hour massage appointment at NAOSU SAUNA includes access to a contrast therapy session before your massage. Contrast therapy prepares the body by warming muscles, increasing circulation, and relaxing the nervous system. This allows the massage to work more effectively and helps release deeper muscle tension.

When you book a massage, plan to arrive one hour before your appointment time. Your contrast session will begin when you arrive. For example: a 1:15 PM massage means arriving at 12:15 PM. A 2:45 PM massage means arriving at 1:45 PM.

Price: $150

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Should I do massage before or after sauna and cold plunge?
A: We recommend experiencing sauna and cold plunge first, then transitioning into massage. The heat helps relax muscles and increase circulation, allowing the massage to work more effectively.

Q: Do NAOSU Unlimited members receive a discount?
A: Yes. NAOSU Unlimited members use code: MASSAGE for $20 off.

Q: Do I need to book contrast therapy separately from my massage?
A: No. When you schedule a one hour massage, you will automatically be added to the contrast therapy session that takes place during the hour before your appointment.

Q: Does the massage price include tips?
A: Our massage prices do not include tips. You're welcome to tip your therapist by card or cash at the end of your session.

Q: What should I wear or bring?
A: Nothing special is required. Just arrive as you normally would for your NAOSU session. Your therapist will guide you through the rest.
